The room was relaxing with a nice bathroom and a dryer, and I had decent breakfast options, even as a vegetarian.

The staff was hospitable, so I would come here again. Everything was nice, the hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean with excellent services. The location was magnificent and wonderful in nice neighbourhood. The bar was pretty superb.

The beds are really comfy. The location is magnificent with great views. Very close to convenience stores and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Had a really good stay for one night.

cleaner rooms, option for no feather beds, door knob fell off in my hand i was on the third floor, switching rooms was not any better, the room was hot, and the fridge made noise. I could not check out soon enough.

The rooms here got a nice facelift recently and are set up really well - I especially liked the bathroom setup with the tub. 🛁 The location of this place is spot on, right by the big arch at the entrance.

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Room was quiet.

Day 3 of 6 day stay, we slept in. Notice under door said we needed to call front desk if we wanted room cleaned. We did and clerk said it would be cleaned. We returned that night and room was as we left it. Complained to Lady claiming to be manager. She said she'didn't take care of it. Room wasn'the cleaned very well day 4, like they were ticked off that we complained so we left after day 5.

The breakfast was exceptional, even for a vegetarian like myself. The room came with a couch, whirlpool, and iron, which was great. The location was fantastic, being close to Magic Mountain theme park, restaurants, and shopping.

Being charged from bar that was not my purchase. Purchase charged for was after we checked out. Took many calls to get the charge reversed. Return calls were not received when promised.
